If you receive the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately. We want you to enjoy your Choir and Clergy products and receive your goods before they are needed. To make sure of this, please help us by ensuring that all return/exchange process are done promptly.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt. All products and packaging must be in new condition and may not be returned or exchanged used, worn or altered in any way.
To return a Graduation World product, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing hello@choirandclergy.com with the following information:
- Name
- Contact Number
- Sales Order Number
- Which items are being returned
- Reason for return
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
